4. User Content and Conduct
You may share personal asthma experiences, supportive messages, and factual information. You may NOT post: • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment • False or misleading medical claims or advice • Content that violates others' privacy • Spam or promotional content • Content involving individuals without their consent RespiraMate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of the stories and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant RespiraMate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and related social media channels for awareness purposes.
6. Story Submission and Review Process
All submitted stories are reviewed by our team before publication. We aim to complete reviews within 48 hours. We reserve the right to reject stories that violate our community guidelines, with constructive feedback provided.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
RespiraMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform is for community storytelling only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RespiraMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
